Dolphin Trainer combines learning and entertainment into a unique and memorable experience, where you will interact with dolphins and learn directly from animal care specialists about their biology, behavior, and training methods based on welfare and respect for these incredible marine creatures.
Live the most fun dolphin adventure: play, interact and create unforgettable memories. Through play, you’ll discover their abilities while connecting with these incredible marine animals in an experience full of energy, excitement, and fun.

DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Photo and/or Video of the interaction (They can be purchased in store)
- Food and beverages
- $50.00 MXN (fifty Mexican pesos) Tax per person on Expenditures for Participating in Activities with Aquatic Animals (will be collected upon check-in)
- Arrive 30 minutes before your activity.
- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult during the activity (both participants must pay for the program).
- Upon arrival, it is mandatory to show: Reservation confirmation on your cell phone or printed, the debit/credit card used for the purchase, and a photo ID of the reservation holder. If the reservation was paid for by someone else, you must also show the ID of the person who made the payment.
- People not participating in the activity may stay in designated areas. For safety reasons, these areas are separate from the wet areas.
For safety reasons and to avoid distracting the dolphins, visitors, and keepers, access with cameras, cell phones, or any audiovisual equipment is not allowed in the wet areas.
