Ready for an experience full of fun and excitement? Actively interact with dolphins through games and amazing activities that will make you feel like part of the ocean. With small groups, Interax is the perfect choice for those seeking an up-close, thrilling, and memorable adventure with these fascinating marine mammals.

DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Xcaret and Xel-Há parks admission
- Use of the hotel's facilities and amenities (pool, bar, common areas, among others)
- Photo and/or Video of the interaction (They can be purchased in store)
- Food and drinks
- Optional transportation with an additional cost
- Transportation to Xcaret and Xel-Há parks
- $50.00 MXN (fifty Mexican pesos) Tax per person on Expenditures for Participating in Activities with Aquatic Animals (will be collected upon check-in)
- Arrive 30 minutes before your activity.
- There is no minimum age. Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult during the activity (both participants must pay for the program).
- Upon arrival, it is mandatory to show: Reservation confirmation on your cell phone or printed, the debit/credit card used for the purchase, and a photo ID of the reservation holder. If the reservation was paid for by someone else, you must also show the ID of the person who made the payment.
- People not participating in the activity may stay in designated areas. For safety reasons, these areas are separate from the wet areas.
For safety reasons and to avoid distracting the dolphins, visitors, and keepers, access with cameras, cell phones, or any audiovisual equipment is not allowed in the wet areas.
