The One
One person, one dolphin, one hour.
The One is our most exclusive program: 45 minutes of personalized interaction with a dolphin, where every moment is focused on you. Learn, connect, and be amazed by the intelligence and nobility of these marine creatures in an intimate and special environment. Includes 15 minutes of snorkeling with dolphins in our Dolphin Snorkel program. A perfect opportunity to watch them swim freely from a completely different perspective.

- 15 minutes of Dolphin Snorkel or 20 min of Aquarium Trek (Only available at Interactive Aquarium Cancun)

DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Use of the hotel's facilities and amenities (pool, bar, common areas, among others)
- Photo and/or Video of the interaction (They can be purchased in store)
- Food and drinks
- Optional transportation with an additional cost
- $50.00 MXN (fifty Mexican pesos) Tax per person on Expenditures for Participating in Activities with Aquatic Animals (will be collected upon check-in)
- Arrive 30 minutes before your activity.
- There is no minimum age. Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult during the activity (both participants must pay for the program).
- Upon arrival, it is mandatory to show: Reservation confirmation on your cell phone or printed, the debit/credit card used for the purchase, and a photo ID of the reservation holder. If the reservation was paid for by someone else, you must also show the ID of the person who made the payment.
- People not participating in the activity may stay in designated areas. For safety reasons, these areas are separate from the wet areas.
For safety reasons and to avoid distracting the dolphins, visitors, and keepers, access with cameras, cell phones, or any audiovisual equipment is not allowed in the wet areas.
