As is known to all, international institutions such as the World Health Organization have recommended that world governments establish more restrictive measures for the people mostly in social interaction, all with the purpose of decrease the growth rate of the coronavirus.

Due to the above, our habitats Cancun Interactive Aquarium, Delphinus Puerto Morelos, Delphinus Punta Cancún, Delphinus Riviera Maya and Delphinus Playa Mujeres will no longer serve to the public starting at Wednesday, March 25, these will add to the habitats from Xcaret and Xel-Há parks since March 23 did so.

As we have previously communicated, and thanking to the professionalism and love for animals of our animal welfare experts, such as veterinarians and handlers, we have formed teams that will be in charge of the health and well-being of our population of dolphins and other aquatic animals establishing programs of environmental enrichment necessary to stimulate them physically and mentally during this time. We will also ensure that our staff have everything they need to be protected and comfortable during this period.

We are eager to open our doors to all visitors, guided by our Animal Care Specialists, they live the unique experience of reconnection with nature that represents the interaction with our dolphins and marine life. When we restart operations to the public, as now, we will pay full attention to the disinfection of contact points in our transportation and in our facilities such as handrails, counters, doorknobs, bathrooms, and more; all so that our habitats are a safe place for collaborators, travelers, beneficiaries of social programs and animals in our care.

During the COVID-19 contingency we will be receiving reservations in our live chat, social networks and emails. We will have FULL flexibility to make itinerary changes or refunds with some restrictions.
