Emmanuel, tireless defender of the environment, recommends doing simple tasks at home to care for Mother Nature.In the midst of his extensive Emmanuel: Retro concert tour and following a successful show in a private event in Cancun, Emmanuel took a short break from his busy schedule to swim with the dolphins at Delphinus Dreams Cancun, an experience he defined as "like a very comforting dream".

 

"We've been under a lot of pressure because we're in the middle of our tour, and it's the first time I've swum with dolphins in Cancun. It was truly a dream, it's a wonderful moment for any person. This is the fourth time I've swum with dolphins, but this has been the most relaxing of all of those occasionsquot" the singer said.


 

 

 

Emmanuel , fierce defender of environmental causes, urged everyone to perform small actions that can have global impacts. His fight to save the environment began when he was a young man, but for the last ten years he has done so formally through the civil association called "Hombre Naturaleza ( Nature Man )" , whose mission is to "create ecological awareness and educate society on the urgent task of taking care of and correcting our irrational uses that have affected the environment."

He admitted that it has been difficult to sustain his optimistic outlook in the face of the continual damage that man has caused to his habitat. However, he affirmed that he still maintains the strength of his dream to "progress with what God gave us, which is this world. We must care for Mother Nature if we want to continue having these wonderful creatures" he stated, referring to the dolphins. "Any harm will be directly attributable to us."

 

The singer of such classics as "Chica de humo" and "Sentirme Vivo" thanked the Delphinus team for giving him "this restful moment to share with these creatures of nature. If we could understand them, they would teach us many things." 

" They're in excellent hands here with the Delphinus people. It's a unique and totally positive experience. Thank you so much for giving us this opportunity", the artist stated.

 

In his role as defender of the environment, Emmanuel urged society to join in the fight by starting with simple practices at home which will nevertheless have a positive impact on environmental conservation, such as cutting down on energy and water use as well as classifying and separating the garbage.

 

"Take care of the environment, don't dirty it, don't pollute it. Planting trees is creating life, trees are the great manufacturers of water. The forests we have in Mexico, we have to protect them, God gave them to us. We do not own nature, we belong to it.", the singer concluded.

 

Emmanuel will continue on his successful "Retro" tour in which he recently appeared in cities such as Puebla, Queretaro, Miami and Guayaquil, Ecuador. According to the singer's official web site
