1 Will I be very close to the dolphins?
Our dolphins are trained to be around our visitors and feel very comfortable about it; however, since they are in their natural environment they might disappear for a moment and come back, or even swim right next to you.

Like any other animal, dolphins aren't aggressive unless they have a reason. Dolphins are very friendly and curious about human beings, which helps create strong bonds of love and respect.

We provide you with a life vest, you must use during the program activities, so don't worry if you don't know how to swim. You'll feel safe and will be ready to enjoy your dolphin experience.

Everyone that participates in our programs has to use a life vest. We will provide you and your children a proper size life vest.

We take great care of our dolphins and have designed for each one of them a specific diet according to their age, activities and particular development. Trainers might ask our visitors during their activities, to help them feed one of the dolphins, which is only done under their supervision. Feeding the dolphins in any other way is not allowed since it can alter our beloved animals' health.

Yes, you'll find all of these areas that you can use during your visit. In Delphinus we want you to have a great time, and in order to do so, we will provide you with everything you need for you comfort.

Delphinus has the best photography and video equipment. After your experience you'll be able to purchase beautiful personalized photographs of your time with our dolphins. You can also buy a personalized video that also includes information of Delphinus. We can also convert this video to your specific international technical requirements, so you'll have no problem watching it back home.

9 Can handicap visitors participate in your dolphin programs?
We do our best in trying to provide this experience to everyone. It is very important for you to mention during your reservation, which is your personal need. Our reservation agent will contact our manager in order to assess your request and decide on the best option for your comfort and security. Our dolphins gladly interact with all of our visitors, no matter their sex, appearance, or abilities.

10 Is there a minimum age accepted to participate in the swim with dolphins program?
There is no minimum age limit, however we do require a minimum height in order to participate in any dolphin program, which is 43 inches (1.10 mt).

11 Can young children enter the delphinariums?
All kids are welcomed at Delphinus, but an adult that isn't participating in the dolphin program should accompany them all the time. They'll be able to observe and enjoy the dolphins from specific areas designed for this purpose.

13 Do I need to reserve in advance?
We have a limited number of participants during our dolphin activities, so in order to assure your place we suggest your reservation in advance, specially if you plan to visit us during the high vacation season.

14 Is there any limit on height or age to swim with dolphins?
Yes, the minimum height to enjoy the Interax and Primax programs is 3.6 feet, for Trek program you most be at least 12 years old, and for FunKids program there is no limit, any kid of any age and height, in company of one adult (2 children at most per adult).
