Delphinus receives certificate of excellence from TripAdvisor.
The traveler community distinguishes with 4 out of 5 stars the quality of the services provided by the chain of dolphin aquariums chain. Through a letter addressed to Rodrigo Constandse Córdova, Managing Director of Delphinus, Christine Petersen, president of TripAdvisor for Business reported that Delphinus has earned a Certificate of Excellence for the year 2011, having achieved a rating of 4 out of 5 stars on the part of their guests or visitors, whom the president of the Internet site calls “who really matters”.
“In our opinion, a score of 4.0 stars in TripAdvisor is something to be proud – stated Christine Petersen – and we hope it will. This is why we invite you to show this Certificate of Excellence in your establishment, so your clients know that you have one of the most effective recommendations: the endorsement of your customers”.
For his part, Rodrigo Constandse Córdova issued a letter to thank and congratulate his collaborators for this achievement in which he stated that “this document must not be seen as a certificate but as a further incentive to continue with the efforts that you all have done in the past few months to give an excellent service and improve our positioning (…) The dedication, discipline and determination that you have shown in recent months is worth more to me than this certificate.”
